simHealth is non-profit/non-governmental organization registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria, and managed by Board of Trustees (BOTs) who oversee all activities of the organization. In addition to the Board of Trustees, the organization is supported by the management team of several national and international leading experts, professionals and scientists.
